The Basics

Because our products are handcrafted and made for personal care use, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.

Why?
Due to the nature of our haircare products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened or used. This helps us maintain the highest standards of hygiene and product integrity.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please email us at [sarah@blacksoilllc.com within 7 days of receiving your package. Include your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll review your request and, if eligible, offer a replacement or store credit.
